A technically necessary session cookie is used only during the two-step online withdrawal process and in the protected administration area. The session cookie is not used for tracking; the withdrawal session expires after 30 minutes and the administration session after 15 minutes of inactivity.

When you place an order through our order form, we process the following data:
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the performance of a contract. The data is used exclusively for processing the order and delivering the download link. Temporary order and download-token records are retained for no longer than 7 days. Records past this period are removed whenever the system processes a PHP request and by the maintenance script. Email communication (order confirmation, download link) is subject to statutory retention periods.
Payment is processed via paysafecard. The 16-digit paysafecard PIN submitted with the order is stored only until the order has been processed (approved or rejected). After processing, the PIN is deleted and replaced by a non-reversible checksum (SHA-256), which is retained solely to prevent duplicate use of the same code.
When you use the online withdrawal function, we process your name, order email address, order details, IP address, time of submission, and the technical delivery status of the confirmation emails. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with our legal obligations for electronic withdrawal declarations.
Withdrawal records are generally retained for up to three years to document receipt and processing of the declaration. Short-lived rate-limit records used to prevent abuse are deleted after no more than one hour.
