The public pages of zenscripts.info do not use tracking, analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. The external Stripe checkout uses its own cookies and technologies as described in the Stripe cookie information. A technically necessary session cookie is used only during the two-step online withdrawal process and in the protected administration area. The session cookie is not used for tracking; the withdrawal session expires after 30 minutes and the administration session after 15 minutes of inactivity.
If you contact us by email, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, email address, inquiry) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). When you place an order through our order form, we process the following data:
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the performance of a contract. The data is used for processing the order, verifying payment and sending an order confirmation with instructions for opening a Discord ticket. Temporary Stripe order records, payment identifiers and mail-delivery status are retained for up to 30 days to handle delayed payments and delivery issues. Legacy order and download-token records are retained for up to 7 days. Records past this period are removed whenever the system processes a PHP request and by the maintenance script. Email communication (order confirmations and legacy download links) is subject to statutory retention periods.
Payment is processed on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. When you continue to checkout, we pass your email address and an order reference to Stripe so that the payment can be matched to your order. We manually check the payment status, product, amount, currency, buyer email and order reference in the Stripe Dashboard before confirming your payment. You enter your payment details directly on Stripe; this website does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes transaction data and device information to provide payment services and prevent fraud. Processing necessary to fulfil your order is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Stripe may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in the Stripe Privacy Policy. That policy also explains Stripe's retention periods and your rights.
For paysafecard orders placed before the change to Stripe, a stored PIN is deleted after the order is approved or rejected. Its non-reversible checksum is retained for up to one year to prevent reuse. New checkouts do not accept paysafecard PINs.
To receive your purchased Scripts, open a ticket in our Discord server and attach a screenshot of your order confirmation. We use your Discord username, ticket messages and the order details you provide to match your purchase and handle delivery and support, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Discord processes the account, messages and uploads under its own Privacy Policy. This website does not embed Discord or send your order there automatically.
When you use the online withdrawal function, we process your name, order email address, order details, IP address, time of submission, and the technical delivery status of the confirmation emails. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with our legal obligations for electronic withdrawal declarations.
Withdrawal records are generally retained for up to three years to document receipt and processing of the declaration. Short-lived rate-limit records used to prevent abuse are deleted after no more than one hour.
This website uses self-hosted fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono). No external font services are used. No data is transmitted to third parties for font rendering.
We use the web server's mail function (Strato) to send order-related, download, and withdrawal-confirmation emails. Emails are sent exclusively for transactional purposes. No newsletter is sent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for order emails and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR for withdrawal confirmations.
