These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Andreas Kuschner-Berger, Kirchfeldstraße 118, 40215 Düsseldorf, Germany (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") via the website zenscripts.info.
The version of these Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order shall apply.
The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of digital content in the form of GPC script files for Cronus Zen devices (hereinafter "Scripts"). Scripts are provided as downloads on non-physical media.
The Scripts are intended for the Customer's private use only. The Provider does not guarantee that the Scripts are compatible with the terms of service of the respective game publishers or platform operators. Use is at the Customer's own risk.
The display of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button labelled "Order and Pay €10" or "Order and Pay €15", the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected product. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the order by sending the download link via email.
All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT (19%). No additional shipping or delivery costs apply.
Payment is accepted via paysafecard. The Customer submits a paysafecard PIN with the order; the order is processed after the PIN has been verified and redeemed by the Provider.
After confirmed receipt of payment, the Customer receives an individual download link via email. The download link is valid for 24 hours and can be used once. Delivery is exclusively digital.
Processing time is typically a few hours but may take up to 24 hours, as payment verification is performed manually.
With the purchase, the Customer receives a simple, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the purchased Script for personal use.
The following are not permitted:
In the event of a violation of these terms, the granted usage rights shall expire. No refund of the purchase price shall be due in such a case.
The right of withdrawal is governed by the separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Before ordering, the Customer can expressly consent to delivery beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins. Without this consent and acknowledgement, early digital delivery will not begin.
The Customer can submit a withdrawal electronically using the Withdraw Contract function.
The Provider warrants that the delivered Scripts exhibit the described functionality at the time of delivery. The warranty does not extend to:
The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages (including banned game accounts) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as liability under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
The Provider reserves the right to discontinue support for a Script if the underlying game is no longer available or the technical basis ceases to exist. There is no entitlement to updates or unlimited support.
Information on the collection of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law shall only apply to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
